Comark has a range of instruments designed to meet the European Standards (EN12830, EN13485 and EN13486) governing the temperature monitoring of quick frozen foodstuffs through the supply chain from transport to storage to sale.
From 1 January 2006, these standards applied to new temperature monitoring instruments purchased and all your instruments will need to comply - and you must keep relevant documents to prove they do so.
The standards set out the requirements that data loggers and thermometers used in the transport, storage and distribution of chilled, frozen, deep-frozen/quick-frozen food and ice-cream need to meet.
The following Comark instruments are manufactured and tested to meet the requirements of these standards.
C32 has an easy to use keypad, large LCD display and with IP65 rating. It features countdown timer, permanent clock display, data hold function, and auto switch-off.
C30 - The thermometer has an easy to use keypad, large LCD display and with IP65 rating. It features auto switch-off to conserve battery life and with C32, shares built-in protective boot and BioCoteŽ antimicrobial protection.
N2011 - lightweight and small, use for applications where a larger memory capacity is required. N2011 can be used in open retail cabinets, small cold store facilities or anywhere that easily visible readings are required between data downloads.
EVt2 - compact and easy to use in applications where simple, low cost temperature monitoring is needed.

Comark Data Loggers - EN12830:1999
Comark has a choice of two models which meet the standard. Each provide effective logging solutions over any distance, from local to international deliveries. Using dedicated software and a computer interface, the data loggers can be downloaded to a PC for permanent storage and analysis of information.
